Sign up to The Diversity Council in your region (Scandinavia, UK, Middle East), and enter the alliance

Commit to attending the CEO Committee Meetings and joining the HR Workshops

- 2 CEO committee meetings per year
- 2 HR workshops per year

Identify your high performing female talents and retain and develop them by:

- Choosing (minimum) 5 female talents for the Advanced Leadership Program for Women (12-month period)
- Choosing female talents for the Fast-Track Talent Development Course (1-week period)
