We are continuing to strengthen our approach to diversity and inclusion across NKT. We are actively working to ensure 30% women in the Board and senior management by 2024, and will also work to foster an inclusive culture where people from different backgrounds can thrive and perform. We believe a diverse organization provides the best foundation for driving both employee engagement and company performance.
